For the noodles I bought sharwoods dry egg noodles.
Boil them up in boiling water for a good eight minutes, the packet lies it says four, but they take ages really. Then drain them off, using a sieve/cieve I dunno how you spell it.
Then get a frying pan and some corn oil. Put a a table spoon in of the corn oil, then heat the pan up on the highest heat. Through the noodles in a cook the living daylights out of them for five or so minutes. Put in a good dollop of dark soy sauce in as well, a couple of teaspoons if you want an exact measurement should do it.
Line a compartment of you bento box with salad spinach leaves. The dice up one spring onion for garnishing. Put the noodles ontop of the leaves, then the spring onion on top of the noodles and your done.

Ah! XDD I don't know where to buy eggnoodles. The only ones they sell are tiny and lame D8
